Organized communication and precision in thought get effectively received and appreciated. Purposeless talks can be confusing which is why it is important to always display an aim or motive behind your talk.
Understand your audience’s background: There should be emotion and subtle understanding towards the requirements of your receiver. Understand their behavior and culture/religion, but you are simply showing respect to his religious beliefs or thoughts, it does not mean you cannot state your own point of view. Do not be aggressive if you do not agree with anyone or anything that is going against your philosophy. State your thoughts respectfully and mirror positivity in your conversation.
Understand the position of your audience: The message must be organized to the receiver’s level or ability. If you are conveying the message nonchalantly then avoid the use of technical words unless you are directing it to a business elite, the language ought to have proficient complexity.
Only mention what they want to hear: The communication should be framed in a simple, decent tone which interests the listeners. Care should be engaged to keep the sentences short and humble. Technical words should only be used where they are required the most. The most significant of all the interest of the receiver should be highlighted so that it is conveyed and attract the users else you might find your audience or listening yawning while you are speaking.
Maintain a helpful body language: When communicating, make sure you use fitting body language, prevent displaying too much emotions as the receiver might misunderstand the message. Try to always keep a positive smile on your face whilst talking and make eye to eye contact with the listener but not so intensely otherwise you would you would put them in an uncomfortable position. Sit upright and be relaxed.
